As a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, I administer oaths, solemn affirmations and solemn declarations for documents that must be sworn.

I witness statutory declarations confirming statements of fact for legal, government and institutional purposes.
Travel Consent Letters

I offer notarial services that include certifying true copies of documents and notarizing documents such as affidavits, statutory declarations, travel consents, and other documents required to be sworn or signed in the presence of a notary public.
I'll also assist with preparing Affidavits, Statutory Declarations and Powers of Attorney. Everything is offered on a mobile basis — your documents are handled at a time and place that works for you, not around office hours.
What I don't do is draft documents or give legal advice about what they say. That's a lawyer's job. Mine is to verify who you are, witness the signing, and apply the seal.
